Position: Intake Specialist at FreedomCare

Become an Intake Specialist with Freedom Care in Colorado, where you will support patients and caregivers through the enrollment process. Experience a hybrid work model with 2 remote days and 3 days in Denver.

As an Intake Specialist I, you will facilitate the onboarding of patients and caregivers into Freedom Care's Home Care programs. This role emphasizes effective communication, case management, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Your contribution directly impacts the quality of care our clients receive across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients and caregivers on enrollment

• Provide documentation to Case Management Agencies

• Ensure compliance with medical documentation

• Deliver high-level customer service through one-call resolutions

• Meet monthly performance metrics for patient enrollment

Requirements:

• Manage high volumes of calls efficiently

• Empathy and active listening skills

• Detail-oriented case note documentation

• Comfortable resolving issues on calls

• Computer proficiency and strong typing skills
