Elevate your data engineering skills at SugarAI as a Senior Data Engineer specializing in Databricks. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing data pipelines to empower our AI-driven CRM solutions.

As a Senior Data Engineer at SugarAI, you will be pivotal in enhancing our Sugar Predict platform's performance. You will manage Databricks pipelines, ensuring reliability and efficiency while collaborating with machine learning and product teams. Your expertise will be critical in transitioning legacy systems and optimizing pipelines for cost efficiency and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Databricks production support for the data platform

• Monitor SLA performance metrics for data pipeline delivery

• Identify optimizations to improve throughput and reduce costs

• Migrate legacy ETL pipelines to Databricks efficiently

• Design high-performance pipelines for ERP and CRM data

Requirements:

• 4+ years of data engineering experience

• 2+ years on Databricks or Apache Spark

• Proficient in PySpark, SQL, and Python

• Hands-on Delta Lake experience

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and legacy ETL tools
