Reports to: Operations Manager
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 - based on experience.

Adecco, in partnership with Capital Movers & Storage, is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and the organization of household goods and general freight. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have experience in the moving industry and hold a valid AZ license.
Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM , with longer hours during peak season. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
- Manage and track household goods inventory and general freight.
- Verify, document, and maintain records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure proper preparation, security, and protection of stored goods (pad-wrapping, labeling, consolidation, etc.).
- Organize and stage shipments for storage and distribution.
- Ensure controlled access to the warehouse at all times.
- Operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
- Maintain current safety inspection dates for trucks and trailers.
- Conduct monthly facility safety inspections
- Provide direction to staff supporting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Lead by example to ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Support a safe work environment through active enforcement of OHS rules and procedures.
- Move trailers and scale trucks as required.
- Load and unload trucks at customer residences when necessary.
- Deliver general freight occasionally.
- Assist with snow removal, including plowing and shoveling walkways and receiving areas.
- Valid AZ License with a satisfactory driving record and CVOR.
- Clear CPIC (Criminal Background Check) prior to employment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the moving industry.
- Ability to learn and work with new software/technology.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds .
- Forklift experience (preferred).
- Warehouse experience (preferred).
- Ability to obtain enhanced reliability security clearance.
