Dispatcher​/Customer Service Specialist

Position: Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist Needed
Be a part of Vision Transportation as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist in Belleville. This full-time role is dedicated to managing freight operations and client needs.

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for brokering essential freight services, working directly with carriers, and ensuring timely shipment of goods across Canada and the US. Your communication and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining high customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. Ideal candidates should be eager to solve challenges associated with logistics and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer loads and negotiate with carriers

• Handle LTL and FTL shipment processes

• Create detailed truck manifests for efficient unloading

• Provide timely tracking updates to clients

• Coordinate appointments for deliveries

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• Minimum 2–3 years in the transportation industry

• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with Virtual Dispatch and Loadlink

• Strong communication and customer service focus
