Dispatcher Customer Service

Position: Dispatcher Customer Service Role at Vision Transportation

As a permanent team member, you will broker freight for both Canadian and US clients, managing LTL and FTL shipments effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter loads into the system accurately

• Find appropriate carrier partners for pickups

• Negotiate rates with partner carriers

• Book loads using Load Link and contact carriers

• Track broker orders and provide ETAs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 2-3 years experience in transportation

• Detail-oriented with superior customer service skills

• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Loadlink and Virtual Dispatch
