Kellow Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing global sports and outdoor products company to recruit two Warehouse Supervisors for its new Belleville distribution centre.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business operating from a 200,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility featuring:

These are newly created permanent positions—not replacements.

Choose the Schedule That Fits Your Life

Monday–Friday | 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

  • 40 hours per week
Outbound Afternoon Shift

Monday–Thursday | 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

  • Four 10-hour shifts
  • Three days off every week

Both positions offer the same salary and bonus opportunity.

The Mandate

Each Supervisor will provide visible, hands-on leadership to approximately 25 unionized warehouse employees
, with teams expected to continue growing.

You'll work alongside another Supervisor, with one leader focused on inbound operations and the other responsible for outbound execution
.

Your role will be to:

  • Create structure
  • Maintain safe and efficient workflows
  • Hold employees accountable fairly and consistently
  • Help the workforce adapt to new technology and processes

What You'll Do Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, coach, and support approximately 25 warehouse employees.
  • Establish clear expectations and maintain fair, consistent accountability.
  • Train and onboard employees in operational and safety procedures.
  • Address performance issues appropriately without micromanaging.
Operations
  • Coordinate labour and workflow across inbound or outbound operations.
  • Develop manpower schedules based on anticipated workflow.
  • Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and service performance.
Safety
  • Promote safe working practices throughout warehouse operations.
  • Lead daily health and safety compliance.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure procedures are consistently followed.
  • Work closely with other Supervisors, Human Resources, and operational leadership.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and operational initiatives.
What You Bring Experience
  • 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
  • Previous experience leading warehouse or operational employees.
  • Strong health and safety background.
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP/Warehouse Management System
    .
