JBS Canada is hiring a Midnight Shift Shipping Supervisor for our Belleville facility. This leadership role involves supervising up to 15 unionized employees during the midnight shift, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing inventory processes effectively. Your leadership will significantly impact fulfillment and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach Shipping and Warehousing staff
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
• Coordinate maintenance for shipping equipment
• Manage stock rotation and timely dispatch of goods
• Promote a safe and organized working environment
Requirements:
• Community college background with relevant experience
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Familiarity with food production and safety standards
• Past experience in unionized settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP applications
