Job SummaryThe Customer Experience Representative is part of a team that provides support to customers, sales reps, and end users all over the world. For specific duties, see below.
Key Tasks- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3–5 years of related experience. Typically requires general education, vocational training and/or on‑the‑job training.
- Works on assignments that are semi‑routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support.
- Processes quotes, orders, and returns when applicable within the region.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handles customer complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution.
- Is able to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Supports Customer Experience teams as needed.
- Follows directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Works as a team and maintains professionalism at all levels in the organization.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance; reports to work on time.

- Minimum of at least 2–4 years’ experience in customer support.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Call centre experience a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.
- Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
- Ability to work independently, self‑starter, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritise and reprioritise tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Basic computer and math skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Interaction with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.
- Ability to accommodate flexible or varied work schedules.
