• See patients in 100% inpatient hospital labor & delivery unit.
• Work six to seven 24‑hour shifts per week – NO CALL.
• Level 2 Nursing designation.
• Team of four full‑time equivalents – Hiring multiple for Winter start date.
• 24/7 anesthesia support.
• Will sponsor H1B visa.
• Will consider part‑time 1099 – minimum six shifts per month.

• $35,000 sign‑bonus + 2‑year shareholder track.
• $200 per hour.
• Malpractice paid + relocation assistance.
• Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, long‑term life, and disability coverage.
• Retirement plan with 401(k) + CME allowance and time off.
• 1099 option with $25,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Ability to obtain/maintain a medical license in Illinois.
• One or more years’ experience preferred.
• Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology (or Board Eligible).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without U.S. residency and a current U.S. work visa.
