Location:

Belleville, IL, 62226. You report to our office in Kirkwood (44 and Big Bend Rd) daily and use a company car to get to all jobs. Work safely in teams of 2. We pay for all gas, insurance, equipment, and supplies! You have a consistent, full schedule! Take holidays off and still get paid for them! If you are driving your own car or purchasing your own supplies, then you have to factor that into what you are actually making each week!

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

• If you're a team lead (driving our vehicle): manage the team's schedule and drive safely.
• The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team. Maintain equipment and take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance, ensuring the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm.
