Role OverviewJoin DaVita as a Registered Nurse (RN) Operations Manager and lead frontline operations in an outpatient clinic setting. You will impact patient care, mentor a cross‑functional team, manage financial performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead a team to deliver the best patient care, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional clinical staff.
- Provide financial management of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance.
- Work autonomously to run the clinic while receiving support from the director, regional peers, and the company.
- Promote company culture and growth by rewarding behaviors aligned with shared values.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and achieve regional goals.
- Lead a positive environment where teammates support one another.

- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license where required by state.
- Current CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Strong collaboration skills; ability to work with clinical and financial teams.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary Range: $84,000 – $134,000 per year.
