Human Resource Manager *

• As a human resources manager, you will direct the human resource and payroll activities within your nursing home.
• You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing homes orientation for new employees.
• You will foster positive and open communication with your team members.
• You will maintain workers compensation files.
• You will oversee the recruiting and onboarding process.
• You will manage workmans compensation cases.

Human Resource Manager *

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing.
• Proficiency with or the ability to learn our companys HRIS.
• Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
