Human Resources Director Responsibilities:
- As a regional human resources director, you will oversee human resources managers in your region.
- You will provide continued training and oversight for human resources managers in your region.
- You will foster positive and open communication with your team members.
- You will be responsible for the quality and compliance of human resource documentation in facilities within your region.
Human Resources Director Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Proficiency with HRIS software, preferably Paylocity.
- Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
