A Typical Day...
As a Team Leader, you'll inspire your team, build client relationships, and manage a single H&R Block tax office. You'll lead, develop, and ensure excellent client service and office growth.

Preferred Qualifications...

  • Multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related fields
  • 2+ years as a Tax Professional

Responsibilities...

  • Partner with District GM to develop growth plans and manage community involvement
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates
  • Handle escalated client concerns
  • Ensure proper scheduling and conflict resolution
  • Lead daily activities, training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Create work schedules and manage timekeeping
  • Prepare tax returns as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and resolve issues

Required Skills and Experience...

  • Customer service or supervisory experience
  • Experience managing people
  • Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns)
  • Continuing education compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently, with resilience and a customer-centric mindset
  • Flexible schedule and work assignments
  • High school diploma or higher
