Associate Assembler
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Key Tasks- Must always perform at an acceptable quality and productivity level to meet established goals per work instructions.
- Must work in a safe manner and always follow company rules.
- Identify non-conforming parts, fill out tags, and place any non-conforming parts in the red bins for quality evaluation.
- Keep the department clean and help maintain 5S standards.
- Maintain a good attendance record to ensure the team accomplishes related results.
- Train when needed.

SupervisionGeneral supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; following standard practices or procedures will allow employee to proceed alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is reviewed upon completion.

High School Diploma education level or equivalent education.
Associate must be skill checked on 1 position within the assigned department within 30 days of hire.
Good hand‑eye coordination; ability to work under pressure quickly and accurately; ability to work primarily as a single unit but in cooperation with the team.
