The purpose of this position is to assemble and ensure quality products are produced in the assembly department. This is a position with high variance in daily work and requires a high level of adaptability. This position will be trained on position within the assigned department within 30 days of hire.

• ESSENTIAL JOB RESULT 1: Must always perform at an acceptable quality and productivity level to meet established goals per work instructions.
• ESSENTIAL JOB RESULT 2: Must work in a safe manner and always follow company rules.
• ESSENTIAL JOB RESULT 3: Identify non-conforming parts and fill out tags and place any non-conforming parts in the red bins for quality evaluation.
• SECONDARY JOB RESULT 1: Keep the department clean and help maintain 5S standards.
• SECONDARY JOB RESULT 2: Maintaining a good attendance record to ensure team accomplishes related results.
• SECONDARY JOB RESULT 3: Train when needed.
• CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT BY: Maintaining a good attendance record; accomplishing related results as needed; being cross trained on multiple positions to allow for rotating job duties as needed.

Supervision:
General supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; following standard practices or procedures will allow employee to proceed alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is reviewed upon completion.

Tools and Equipment:
Duct tape, scissors, razor blades, scrappers, overlays, assembly racks, pens, safety glasses, gloves, plunger cans, Kimtex towels, broom, dustpan, mobile lift carts/baskets, transfer carts, custom assembly pallet and blocks, impact/ heat resistant gloves, heat gun.

You have a High School Diploma education level or equivalent education. Associate must be skill checked on 1 position within the assigned department within 30 days of hire.

Good hand‑eye coordination; ability to work under pressure quickly and accurately; ability to work primarily as a single unit but in cooperation with the team.
