$30.00/hr - $47.28/hr (Actual pay based on skills and experience).

  • At least 2 shifts per 6 week period – primarily weekend call
  • Sat & Sun 8:00a – 4:30p
  • Additional shifts during the week possible

Overview

Memorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical and surgical services plus critical and emergency care. It provides heart and vascular care and is an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. Memorial Belleville recently was accredited as a Lung Cancer Screening Center and is Magnet recognized for nursing excellence.

Memorial Hospital Shiloh is a 94‑bed, all‑private suite hospital recognized with Magnet status and provides emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical and surgical services plus critical care.

The Cardiovascular Unit delivers diagnostic and therapeutic services based on physician orders in in‑ and out‑patient settings.

Preferred Qualifications

Role

Purpose:

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Promotes patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment; educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
  • Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development.
  • Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals, ensuring communication across continuum of care.
  • Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional needs; assesses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care.
  • Position is safety‑sensitive; requires constant alertness and safe workplace.
Minimum Requirements Education
  • RN Diploma/Associate’s
Experience
  • No experience (entry level)
Licenses & Certifications
  • RN

  • Bachelor’s Degree
