At Mercy's Center for Performance Medicine, we are on a mission to provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center. As a Charge Operating Room RN , you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating patient care while ensuring operational excellence. YourResponsibilities Include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Coordinating workflows and ensuring the operating rooms are ready for procedures.
- Assisting in staff orientation and training new team members.
- Functioning in a staff role as needed, including covering breaks and lunches.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance patient care.
Location: Mercy St. Louis Center for Performance Medicine Surgery
Schedule: Full-Time Days, 4 x 10-hour shifts
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Experienced OR RNs

About Our Center:The Mercy Center for Performance Medicine is one of the largest outpatient surgery centers in the U.S., featuring:
- 10 operating rooms
- 2 minor procedure rooms
- 1 cysto suite
We specialize in orthopedics, urology, plastics, neuro, and general surgery, all while ensuring our caregivers enjoy no weekends, no holidays, and no call!
Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an Operating Room setting.
- Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred.
- License: Current RN license in the state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
