Med/Surg Service Line Nurse Residency Program

Full-time & Part-time | Day-shift & Night-shift

Our program is tailored for both new graduates and experienced nurses looking to enhance their skills. You’ll learn from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who are dedicated to your development, both in the classroom and at the bedside. Start your career with confidence at Mercy St. Louis!

➤ Shift Differential Pay:
Days, Nights, Weekends

➤ Stay Pay Program - Earn an additional $2/hr on your productive time at your 2, 5, 10, and 20 year anniversary (up to $8/hr)

➤ LPN > RN Bridge Program Assistance

➤ RN > BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000)

➤ Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education

➤ PTO begins accruing immediately - including a volunteer day!

  Education:
  
  Nursing Degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred
• License: Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
