Position Overview

This part-time night position in the Mercy South Float Pool offers you the chance to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact across multiple hospital units, including Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency.

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials

Enjoy a competitive pay structure that rewards your expertise:

• Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

• Evening: +$2.75/hr
• Night: +$4.60/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus

Eligible RNs can receive up to $10,000 as a sign-on bonus!

Units You May Float To Include:

Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more!

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• License: Current RN license in the state
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical Requirements:
  • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
