We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac Telemetry to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting with a focus on cardiac monitoring. This is a part-time position requiring an RN license and Basic Life Support certification. We prefer candidates with hospital experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Position DetailsLocation: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours/week
Sign-On Bonus- Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000
- New Graduate Nurses: Up to $5,000
As a Cardiac Tele RN, you will:
- Monitor patients' cardiac status and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or possess compact licensure.
Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, or completion within 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties.
