Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med Surg 5W

Location: Mercy Hospital South, 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 for part-time and full-time caregivers

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri
• Comparable education experience and successful licensure may be considered

Experience:

• New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome!

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)
• LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements)

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
• Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance
• Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
