Med Surg Clinical Nurse – Nights

Join a Medical/Surgical Unit as a Registered Nurse in a reputable healthcare setting.

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN licensure; no prior experience required, but 2 years of experience and a BSN are preferred.
