Cardiac Cath Lab – Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Uses strong nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
