High Risk Cardiac Nurse

This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Collaboration with the healthcare team ensures care plans are communicated effectively across the continuum.

• Ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans with collaborative input.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• RN licensure required.
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac care is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience for higher levels.
