Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
- Participate in activities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
- Required:
Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, with no prior experience necessary. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience. - Must be able to work safely and remain alert in a safety-sensitive environment.
