Med Surg Clinical Nurse - Part Time - Nights

Provides direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications.
• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
