- Education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree (RN license required);
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Experience:
No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced levels - Certifications:
Valid RN license; BLS certification - Preferred:
Telemetry experience and BSN degree
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions using critical nursing skills
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care
- Participate in promoting safety, quality, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
