Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Special Float Pool across two Magnet®-recognized hospitals, providing clinical care in ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry
. This full-time night position offers flexibility to support diverse patient populations and foster professional growth.
In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and promote safety and quality standards
. Collaboration and adaptability are essential to support multiple inpatient units across campuses.
- Minimum two years of acute care experience
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree
, preference for Bachelor’s - Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (PALS for ED) are preferred
- Strong IV therapy skills and telemetry interpretation experience
This role involves working night shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays
, with compensation including shift differentials
