Clinical Nurse - Nights

This position involves providing direct patient care in a General Medicine unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on managing illnesses, and participates in safety, quality, and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; BSN preferred.
• Licensure:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
