Cardiac Cath Lab - Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, coordinating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Ensures communication of care plans across the continuum of care and supports a healing environment.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for certain roles.
• Skills:
  
  Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work safely and alert at all times.
