High Risk Cardiac Clinical Nurse provides expert, advanced nursing care for complex, high-acuity cardiac patients within a mission-driven health system.
Key Duties Include- Perform advanced assessment and ongoing monitoring for high-risk cardiac conditions.
- Coordinate care with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support timely clinical decisions.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding, adherence, and safe discharge planning.
- Support and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and standards of care.
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and continuous learning efforts.
