As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Train and develop new team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
• Assist in scheduling and payroll management
• Respond to and resolve operational issues as they arise

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
