They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, communicate Home Depot’s advantages, and guide customers through every step. Sales Specialists are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store, keep the store clean, organized, and safe, and monitor inventory to support a seamless shopping experience.
