• Lead and supervise a team of 2‑4 restoration technicians through full‑cycle recovery projects.
• Conduct on‑site evaluations and implement mitigation efforts including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and demolition.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC S500 standards throughout every phase of mitigation.
• Accurately document all jobsite activities—including moisture readings, photographs, and removal procedures—using mobile software (Encircle).
• Coordinate with estimators to verify that work is accurately reflected in Xactimate estimates.
• Maintain project quality, jobsite safety, timelines, and equipment usage standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and project managers, delivering timely updates and professional communication.
• Participate in an emergency on‑call rotation (nights and weekends) with overtime compensation.

• 5+ years of experience in restoration or construction, with a focus on water mitigation.

  Certifications:
  • IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
  • IICRC FST (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)
• Preferred (Not Required):
  • IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
  • IICRC OCT (Odor Control Technician)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• College coursework in construction, environmental science, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and pre‑hire physical exam.

• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs; assist with heavier items as needed.
• Comfortable working in wet, smoky, confined, or elevated environments.
• Must be able to kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and use power tools safely.
• Proficient in using mobile technology, job documentation apps, and restoration software.

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience: $20‑$27 per hour.
• Overtime pay for nights/weekends on‑call.
