• Assist in water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, and mold remediation tasks.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and dehumidification equipment.
• Perform demolition activities, including removal of drywall, flooring, trim, and debris.
• Clean and sanitize affected structures and contents to meet restoration standards.
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials.
• Document each job with accurate photos and detailed digital notes.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service in high‑stress situations.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for emergency responses (nights/weekends).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in attics, crawlspaces, and harsh conditions (heat, cold, smoke, etc.).
• Energetic, team‑focused attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning services.
• IICRC certifications such as WRT, FSRT, or AMRT.

• Competitive hourly wage: $18.00‑$25.00 based on experience.
