• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and interpret schematics to identify faults accurately.
• Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments to maintain equipment integrity.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC repairs, carpentry, and residential painting projects.
• Supervise or assist with small team projects, demonstrating leadership skills in coordinating tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within manufacturing or residential environments.
• Strong electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, plumbing, HVAC systems, or general repairs.
• Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Supervising or leadership experience is to coordinate maintenance teams or projects.
