Delivery Specialist

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, with additional annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicles clean and fully inspected before operation.
• Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, handheld devices, and collected monies at all times.
• Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pickup customer returns, including new, warranty, and cores.
• Communicate any customer issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damages to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure the fuel tank is filled and lock the vehicle securely at the end of the day.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Assume additional duties as assigned: customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, and stock order handling.
• Occasionally assist customers, serve as cashier, or perform merchandising tasks as business demands (e.g., phone sales, service).

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Valid driver's license meeting company mandated eligibility requirements.
• Driving record meeting the company 14/18-point system standard.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
