Pay Range: $83,357 - $106,706 per year

Clara Maass Medical Center, a facility of RWJBarnabas Health in Belleville, offers a complete continuum of care. The institution features advanced wound care, sleep disorders, bariatrics, orthopedics, cardiac services, cancer care, and emergency services, including a newly expanded 32‑bed ICU.

• Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey.
• Maintenance of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BCLS).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
  Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Successful completion of all orientation.

• Part‑time days.

• Assist Nursing Director in ensuring quality nurse care is delivered to all patients and units.
• Develop and sustain an environment that supports compassionate care, healthcare excellence, and superior service.
• Assist with development of patient care standards and continuing education.
• Participate in performance evaluation of staff and in scheduling and staffing to meet department needs.
• Assist in the direction, coordination, and development of performance improvement, patient safety, and patient experience outcomes.
• Ensure the unit is always in a state of survey readiness and meets compliance with all environmental/equipment requirements.
• Ensure prompt placement of purchase orders and follow‑up to guarantee delivery of materials or effective performance of services.
• Make daily rounds to ensure smooth functioning and throughput of patients on the unit and intervene with all ancillary and support services to provide quality patient care.
