La Vida Gardens is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in educating customers about our cannabis products, ensuring they have a positive and informed shopping experience. You will also collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with New Jersey's cannabis regulations and uphold the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert guidance to customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects
• Share firsthand knowledge and experiences to address customer concerns and enhance their understanding of products
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product availability
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Support the management team with operational tasks as needed

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cannabis or related fields is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred
