At The Hunger Coalition, we build leaders who embrace a growth mindset, who are self-motivated and self-disciplined, who are committed to learning and development, and who thoughtfully and creatively risk-take to innovate solutions to our community's deepest gaps.

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women/other underrepresented individuals only apply when they meet 100% of them.
