Job Description & How to Apply Below

Join a nationally recognized non-profit tax practice where your work goes beyond compliance and creates meaningful impact for mission-driven organizations across the country. As a Tax Senior, you'll work with private foundations, social service organizations, schools, associations, and other exempt organizations while tackling complex tax issues, contributing to consulting and advisory projects, and helping shape the future of a growing practice.

You'll collaborate with a supportive team that values knowledge sharing, embraces new technology, and actively invests in the development of its people. If you're energized by continuous learning, mentoring others, and exploring innovative AI and automation tools, this is an opportunity to expand both your technical expertise and your career. As a Tax Senior, you'll serve as a key connection point between Associates and Managers, overseeing complex not-for-profit tax engagements from planning through delivery while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution.

You'll review returns, research technical issues, communicate directly with clients, provide coaching and guidance to Associates, and help keep work moving efficiently across the team. Beyond compliance, you'll have opportunities to contribute to consulting projects, technical training, process improvements, and the adoption of emerging technologies. This position is an important part of the firm’s leadership pipeline, offering a pathway to expanded client relationship management, people leadership, and long-term career growth within the non-exempt organization’s tax practice.

Tax Seniors report into the office 3 days per week in Bellevue, WA to mentor and coach Associates and resolve technical questions. Successful candidates need to be located in the greater Seattle area.
