* What You’ll Do:

**## As a
** Customer Service Representative**, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver that ensures a positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes
* Accepting and processing customer payments
* Investigating and resolving billing inquiries
* Updating and maintaining customer account information
* Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs##

* What We’re Looking For:

** 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
*** Proficiency in
** Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
