Innovate Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist OT/PT to join our outpatient clinic in Bellevue.

The Certified Hand Therapist OT/PT will enhance patients' lives by assessing and developing personalized therapy plans. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate smooth transitions for each patient.

A typical day includes:

• Conducting evaluations using appropriate tests and measures to establish a timely and compliant plan of care.
• Administering patient treatments efficiently to meet care goals.
• Accurately documenting and charging for services within clinic guidelines.
• Managing patient care plans through effective interdisciplinary communication, involving physicians as needed.
• Supervising and delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and support staff in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in Nebraska.
