Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Bellevue, NE) – Hillcrest Health & Living

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Bellevue outpatient therapy team. At Hillcrest, our mission is Inspiring people to live their best lives — and our therapy teams play a key role in helping our patients achieve their goals.

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical therapy needs, creating individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and home programs.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outpatient or geriatric rehab experience preferred, but not required.
