Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

This position is based in our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other areas of potential risk, including multi‑million dollar disputes. You will minimize risk through proactive counseling and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
