Qualifications:

• Master or Doctorate of Science degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree and University Program certificate required
• Experience in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy preferred
• Previous lead level or supervisory experience preferred

Job description:

This job involves directing department operations, developing procedures, monitoring workflow, setting goals, providing training, and assisting team members. The role includes producing weekly and monthly reports, monitoring staff performance, supporting the Director of Ancillary Services, responding to requests promptly, managing employee relations, complying with policies and regulation, and providing excellent customer service.
