Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

As a Nurse Tech
, you will work closely with nurses and the care team to provide daily support and direct care to residents and guests.

You will:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents and guests with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily care needs.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe residents and guests for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse.
• Support individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Help maintain comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety during care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Support infection-control and safety practices throughout the community.
• Work closely with nurses, Medication Aides, and other team members to provide consistent care.
• Assist with maintaining clean, organized resident and guest areas.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the care team and those we serve.

• Active Nebraska CNA certification required

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, post‑acute care, senior living, healthcare, or a similar setting preferred.

For many residents and guests, the Nurse Tech is the team member they spend the most time with throughout the day.

You may be helping someone get ready in the morning, assisting with a meal, encouraging mobility, answering a call light, or simply taking a few extra minutes to listen.
