As an assistant service advisor at Beardmore, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers by name in the drive with a warm smile.
• Escort customers into the lounge area.
• Manage the movement of all cars on the drive, in the shop, or off-site.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service.
• Achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Verify and reset vehicle indicators and screens.
• Verify customer email and phone number.
• Complete end-of-day activities.
• Physically clean the service drive for an optimal customer experience.
