** Truck Welder / Mechanic
** in Bellevue, Nebraska. This is a full-time, long-term position with a stable and growing organization. If you’re a self-motivated, hardworking individual who doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty and has strong communication skills, we want to talk to you!
** Schedule
* ** Monday – Friday
* 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform welding repairs and fabrication on truck bodies, frames, and components.
* Diagnose structural issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
* Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) and cutting tools safely and effectively.
* Assist with routine maintenance and mechanical repairs as needed.
* Ensure all work meets company safety standards and DOT regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and materials used.
* Collaborate with mechanics and fleet supervisors to prioritize repairs.
** Working Conditions
*** Requires strenuous physical work, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 50 lbs.
* Exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts; safety precautions required.
* Work may be indoors in a shop or outdoors in the yard; sometimes involves awkward positions and handling greasy tools.
** Minimum Requirements
*** Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
* Forklift experience preferred.
* 2+ years of welding/mechanical experience preferred.
